Hi bloggers, you are probably thinking. "What is this thing?". It's the potoo, the masters of hide-and-seek. Well, when its eyes are closed. Their feathers are meant to blend in the environment pretending to be a branch. They would sit on a branch and sit very still, even if the preditor is dangerously close they would continue sitting still. These birds can grow up to 48-60 cm tall and weigh 360-650 g. The population of the potoo is unknown for unknown reasons. Potoos live in the center of South America. They usually eat beetles but can eat moths, grasshoppers and termites. Thanks for taking the time to look at my blog, please comment and I'll see you later.
